After 8 years as chef/proprietor of Marynka Restaurant in Linlithgow, I have been running my catering business, Hyndberry, since 2008. Now based in Peebles I provide catering throughout the Scottish Borders and in Edinburgh.I am interested in cooking for special diets, and recently completed a diploma in nutrition. So as well as offering the standard style of food, all of our catering can be prepared to meet the needs of any special diet – eg. free of gluten, dairy or other allergens, vegan, low sugar, etc.
As our food is all made to order from scratch with fresh ingredients (using local and seasonal wherever possible) nothing unwanted can get into it. If you’re looking for breakfast, lunch or dinner, a buffet, canapés and cocktails (non-alcoholic!) or a supply of food for the freezer while you’re on holiday please contact me to discuss.
